1. Next week students will vote on the DC shirt design. This will be done in homeroom classes and we will announce the winner by Friday, December 20th.
2. Next Tuesday (December 17th) from 1-1:30 boys will report to the cafeteria and girls will report to the media center. They will need to bring a writing utensil. At this meeting they will get together with the four people they would like to room with in DC and put their name on a hard copy of paper. Rooms may only have 4 total students in the room. There are no exceptions to this rule. If students register in a room of 2 they will be placed with another room of 2. If students register in a room of 4 we will generally not move anyone out of that room. I ask that you speak to your child to help reduce stress over this process and make sure they have their room in advance if possible. I will use this paper as a final room assignment and begin placing the rooms into the system based on these papers. If your child is not going to be present please reach out to Mr. Sams or have them directly have one of their roommates register them in the room.
A final reminder that if you need to make payment arrangements please contact Orange Sky directly. At this point each booking should have paid $400 towards their total trip cost. Below I have added the payment schedule so everyone can see that once again. If there are any problems you can simply call them and they will do their best to work with you.. Let me directly know if there are any specific problems with this process but we are past the cancellation date and we need to ensure final numbers so this is very important.
